Schedule or Reschedule a Pick Up date

If you live within a 100-mile radius of Raintree Nursery, you will be provided with an option to select "Pick Up" as a delivery option. Pick-up is free of charge. However, it must be scheduled. At check-out, you will be prompted to select a day and time to schedule your pick-up. If you do not see an option to schedule a pick-up time, please email us at help@raintreenursery.com.

If you need to reschedule your pick-up date or change it to be shipped, please email Customer Service.

Pick-up is available Monday - Thursday 10:30am to 3pm
