You may have received store credit for a replacement tree that has failed to leaf out. To apply your store credit to a future purchase, please follow the steps below:
To access your store credit simply log in to your Raintree account and go to your account profile.
Click on the bottom-right button that reads "Store Credit," then choose the option that best applies. The store credit will automatically be applied at check out. If you have any issues accessing your store credit, please let us know. I have attached a few photos as a helpful resource.
