You may have received store credit for a replacement tree that has failed to leaf out. To apply your store credit to a future purchase, please follow the steps below:
To access your store credit simply log in to your Raintree account and go to your account profile.
When logging in, you will be prompted to ender a login code.
Once logged in you can check your credit amount by going to your profile. Credit will be listed under the Payment methods. If you do not see it listed there, please reach out to Customer Service so they can assist you.
During the checkout process, there will be a box to apply store credit. Simply check the box if you wish to apply it to your order.
