It is easy to cancel your order, but we encourage you to first review your order to see if it is not better to edit your order first. To cancel your order simply refer to your order confirmation email. On the bottom of the email there is a small button "edit/cancel" you can click. Choose to cancel your order and a refund will be placed within five business days. Accounts that cancel their orders more than three times will be deactivated. If you have cancelled orders more than three times and your account is deactivated, contact Customer Service and they will help you reactive your account.
