🌿 Editing Your Order
We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to help you adjust your order whenever possible. Here’s how the process works:
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service by emailing help@raintreenursery.com or calling 1‑800‑391‑8892 (Mon–Thu, 8am–4pm PST).
- Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before your scheduled ship date can be processed without a fee.
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks of shipping may not be possible and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Adding or Removing Items
If you’d like to add or remove plants from your order, reach out to Customer Service and we’ll update your pending order.
- If your updated order total still qualifies for flat‑rate shipping, we’ll simply adjust your order.
- If the total exceeds the flat‑rate threshold, your shipping costs will increase. You are welcome to place a new order, but the order would have the flat-rate shipping applied.
- Shipping is calculated per order at checkout. Orders placed separately may ship together when possible, but shipping charges cannot be combined or adjusted after checkout. Cancelling an existing order to add to another existing order does not save on shipping costs due to the additional weight, box size(s), or number of boxes.
Out‑of‑Stock Plants
If a plant you want is currently unavailable, click the “Notify Me” button on its description page to receive an email when it’s back in stock. Once notified, you can contact us to add it to your existing order or place a new one.
Our goal is to make sure you receive the plants you want, in the best condition possible. Thank you for working with us to keep your order on track. 🌱

I am trtying to order but can't work your system for some reasonÂ
Your system sucks.
I had difficulty with your pre/order system and think I may have double ordered two plants: a honeyberry and a paw paw.

Love your variety but find it difficult to communicate with you. I can’t find a way to see what is on my wish list.
