🌿 Editing Your Order
We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to help you adjust your order whenever possible. Here’s how the process works:
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service by emailing help@raintreenursery.com or calling 1‑800‑391‑8892 (Mon–Thu, 8am–4pm PST).
- Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before your scheduled ship date can be processed without a fee.
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks of shipping may not be possible and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Adding or Removing Items
If you’d like to add or remove plants from your order, reach out to Customer Service and we’ll update your pending order.
- If your updated order total still qualifies for flat‑rate shipping, we’ll simply adjust your order.
- If the total exceeds the flat‑rate threshold, you’re welcome to place a new order without paying additional shipping.
Out‑of‑Stock Plants
If a plant you want is currently unavailable, click the “Notify Me” button on its description page to receive an email when it’s back in stock. Once notified, you can contact us to add it to your existing order or place a new one.
Our goal is to make sure you receive the plants you want, in the best condition possible. Thank you for working with us to keep your order on track. 🌱
