Quarantine:

Due to White Pine Blister Rust, Ribes nigrum (Black), Ribes aureum (Golden), Ribes odoratum (Clove) are strictly prohibited.  All other Ribes species will need a special permit from RI DEM/Division of Agriculture & Resource Marketing.
