Regulation:

Due to Grape Phylloxera, Grape Leaf Skeletonzier. Grapevines must be certified virus free, non-certified Grapes are strictly prohibited.  Phyto must be included with the shipment.

Elaeagnus umbellata (Autumn Olive)

This plant may NOT be sold in New York. Possession with intent to sell, import, purchase, transport, introduce or propagate is prohibited.
