If you are having issues adding or purchasing a plant due to state restrictions, it may be that your IP address is being recognized incorrectly.
If you are accessing the website from a state that has a correlating plant restriction, but have entered in a shipping address that does not correspond to the plant regulation, you may have issues adding the plant to your cart.
To override this issue, you can open a tab "incognito" that will prevent the server from recognizing the state you are shopping online from and allow you to send it to the state the plant is allowed in.
