Juglans species (Walnuts, Butternut) are prohibited in California

Regulation: 

Due to nut tree pests, bareroot stock may ship with Phyto certificate, but potted are strictly prohibited.

Castanea species (Chestnuts)

Regulation: Due to Chestnut bark and oak wilt disease, a Phyto must be included with shipment. 

Diospyros species. (Persimmons)

Regulation: Due to Persimmon root borer, a Phyto must be included with shipment.

Only the following varieties may ship; Izu, Hachiya, Chocolate, Coffe Cake, Fuyu 'Jiro', and Saijo. All others strictly prohibited.

Vitis species. (Grapes)

Regulation: Due to Grape Phylloxera and Grape Leaf Skeletonizer, grapevines must be certified virus free, non-certified strictly prohibited. Phyto must be included with shipment.
