At Raintree, we ship plants with care to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive in your garden. Because live plants require special handling, our shipping schedule is based on the season and the average temperatures in your state.
When We Ship
- Spring shipping runs from late February through May.
- Pre‑orders begin shipping in late February, weather permitting.
- We prioritize western locations first, followed by other regions.
- Shipments to Alaska begin in mid‑May.
How Scheduling Works
When you place an order, it is assigned to the shipping batch best suited for your region and planting time. The date you see at checkout is an estimated shipping week, not a guaranteed ship date. Weather conditions and order volume may cause delays, but we always aim to deliver your plants at the optimal planting time.
Requested ship dates will be honored whenever possible, but exact dates cannot be guaranteed.
Important Notes
- We cannot ship potted plants to Hawaii. To review other state restrictions, please visit our plant regulations page.
- Orders placed after March 21 for the following states—AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, SC, TX, NC, MS, CA, AZ, and NV—will not qualify for the Raintree Guarantee. We encourage customers in these states to wait and place a Fall order.
- Most orders ship via UPS Ground. Orders to AK, HI, and PR ship via USPS.

There is no option for where is my order?
I did not receive a confirmation email, however payment has been processed through Apple Pay. My email is txkristina_kiss@yahoo.com
