A plant is missing in my order

We know how exciting it is to receive your plants, and we want to make sure everything arrives just as expected. Sometimes, when multiple bareroot plants are shipped together, they are bundled to protect the smaller or more delicate ones during transit.

Check Your Bundle

When unboxing your order:

• Carefully unwrap the bundle.
• Lay each plant out on a flat surface.
• Check the tags on every plant to confirm what you’ve received.

Still Missing Something?

If, after checking everything, you believe a plant is missing or you received the wrong one, please notify Customer Service within 7 business days. Once we verify the issue, we’ll issue a refund for the missing or incorrect plant.
