Orders that include multiple bareroot plants are often bundled together to prevent potential damage in transit for smaller plants. When unboxing your Raintree order we suggest carefully unwrapping the bundle and laying each plant out on a flat surface. Check the tags on each plant to double check that every plant has arrived safely. For more helpful tips on unboxing your order check out our "Unboxing and Planting Video." If after carefully looking through your order a plant is missing or you have received the wrong plant notify customer service immediately. If you are within your zone's shipping window, we will issue a replacement plant to be shipped as soon as possible. If your replacement can no longer safely be shipped to your address, a store credit for the price of the plant will be placed on your account.
