Reschedule Pick-Up Time
You are welcome to adjust your pick-up date up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Simply use the link in your pick-up confirmation email to reschedule. If you no longer have access to the email, please email customer service through our Help Center and they will help you find a time that works better for you.
Missed Pick-Up Time
All orders are packed up to 24 hours before pick up. If you scheduled to pick up your order but missed your pick-up date or find that you are unable to make it the day of, you have 7 days to reschedule a pick-up time before your order is restocked and refunded with a 20% restocking fee. Please contact Raintree Customer Service as soon as possible to reschedule. We understand that there are extenuating circumstances at times that can prevent you from picking up on the original date. We will do our best to work with you.
