Unfortunately, we will need to cancel the existing order and place an entirely new order with the desired item on it it. We are working with our developers to improve this system. The best and most convenient way for you to add to your order is to place a separate, new order. That will ensure that no item is lost during cancellation and replacement, and you will not have to call in with your payment information.
If you request an item to be added to your order, your previous order will need to be canceled and a new order, which includes the items from your previous order and the newly requested order, will be made. Payment will need to be taken at the time, as we do not save payment information through our website.
Adding an item to your existing order this way could potentially result in a lost item as customers are actively shopping on our site and inventory is automatically returned as soon as an item is canceled. Promotional discounts given to the first order do not carry over to future add-ons.
