As it currently stands, if you would like to cancel, remove or add an item to their order 2 weeks prior to your order shipping (prior to receiving a shipping notification email) please reach out to Customer Service and we will make the adjustment for you.
You must notify Customer Service to cancel, edit, remove or add to an order.
If you would like to add one plant to your order we recommend you reach out to Customer Service and have them add it to your existing order that is pending fulfillment.
If you would like to add 2 or more plants to an existing order and the order total exceeds $60 you should place a new order. Orders over $60 subtotal pay the same percentage in shipping. Flat-rate shipping of $15 (West Coast) or $18 (East Coast) is applied to all orders that subtotal less than $60.
So, if your new order is less than $60 and you are charged a flat rate, we recommend combining your order. However, if your new order is over $60, then you should place a new order.
When will the plant I want be back in stock?
We are working on releasing the "notify me" function on a product that currently is unavailable to order or pre-order. It should be released by August 1st, 2022. (Plants are typically re-stocked towards the end of September and the beginning of February. However, there is a chance your plant sold out during summer pre-orders.)
If you opt-in to be notified, it will allow you the option to be email notified when an item is available. If you wish to add that item to an order, just email customer service and we will add it to an existing order. Keeping in min the $60 flat rate. If the total of plants you wish to add to an order exceeds $60 then you are free to simply place a new order, with no risk of paying a higher shipping cost.
